Description: This is the “Stroll Back in Time” and beyond. We will pass through a forest recovering from man’s impact. Additionally, while walking along this lovely wide trail, we will see how people used their ingenuity to live off the land. In the beginning, the trail is wide, paralleling a gorgeous and pristine mountain stream. Further on, explore a 19th spring-house and restored cabin. Lastly, the trail narrows as we leave all signs of human activity and enter a doorway to an area of old growth forest.
